Japan, in which country people can’t learn from the failure
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
There is one news I have been watching with surprise.
It is the graph of the number of infected people by prefectures in Japan.
For recent several days, the worst one has been TOKUSHIMA prefecture.
What I felt at first was “Why Tokushima?”
The number jumped up around Aug.18 and local government announced it is mainly by people moved in during OBON holidays.

It means that it was because of Japanese government who decided summer 2022 without restrictions. So the leader of Tokushima pref. and local city, town leaders should complain it to Japanese government.
However there was not only Tokushima but other local prefectures had homecoming people, why infected people increased only in Tokushima so much.
Similar number increase happened in this prefecture, Fukuoka, one month earlier.
Fukuoka prefectural government announced that infected people have increased to more than 100 since Jul.22, and it reached to 190 people on Jul.17. So, Fukuoka activated its original “Fukuoka COVID Alert” as of Jul. 28.
At the same time, they analyzed the main cause of pandemic this summer was increasing people from big cities like Tokyo and Osaka areas, but they have never mentioned about the big festival event held about 10 days (incl. holiday period) before Jul.22.
What I have felt most disappointed is that Tokushima might not have such big increase of infection, if local government of Fukuoka was honest and present the other possibility of true cause.
Why have they always shut their mouths, even though it’s obvious to anyone.
Is it only me who feel such characteristics of local governments look very similar to the central government’s concealment and forgery of official documents several years ago, dwarfing cohesion with a cult group in present.

失敗から学べない国
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
ここ数日、驚きを感じながら見ているニュースがあります。
それは県別の感染者密度のグラフ。
ここ数日、ワースト１が徳島県。
最初の驚きは「なんで徳島？」。
8/18あたりから感染者数が跳ね上がっていて、自治体によるとお盆の帰省が主要因と発表しています。

そりゃ行動制限をかけなかった日本政府のせいだから、県や増えた市町村の首長は政府に文句をいわないと！
でも、お盆の間はどの地方県にも帰省者多かったよね。なんで徳島だけ大幅に急増したんでしょう？
似たような感染者急増は当県、福岡でもそのひと月前に起こっています。
福岡県は、7月22日以降、3日移動平均が警報発動の目安である100人を上回っており、7月27日時点で190人に増加しているとして、7月28日付けで「福岡コロナ警報」を発動しています。
その理由については、急速に感染が拡大している首都圏や関西圏からの流入を含め人出が増加としており、7月22日の数日前まで行われていたイベントについては言及がありません。
ここで残念なのは、福岡で正直に感染者急増の原因を明確化・公開・共有していれば、徳島の感染者急増は起こらなかったのではないかということです。
誰が見ても明確なのに、大人の理由で口をつぐむのはどうなんでしょうね？
地方自治体のこうした体質は、数年前の政権でもみられた隠蔽・公文書改ざんや、政治家のある派閥で今顕著になっているカルト集団との癒着を過小にしか発表しない現政権と似ている気がするのは私だけでしょうか？
こんな日本に誰がした？！

P.S. 近年激増している無差別殺人についても真因が明確・公開・共有されない間は、残念ながら悲劇は繰り返されるでしょうね。
