Why Moji?

Japanese Title (邦題)：「なぜ門司？」末尾に

There is a very serious issue in Moji.

”Its population.”

In spite of the glowing population in wide area, Fukuoka prefecture,
population of Kitakyushu-city is reducing.

Specially population of the town, Moji, is terrible.

And Moji is the home town of myself.

It is not sure that TOUKA can support Moji.

But, where there the will, there the way.

It is better than nothing.

That is why, TOUKA was started in the town, Moji.

「なぜ門司？」

門司港レトロという観光地があるからではなく、

下関に近いからという訳でもない。

（あくまでもそれらは副次的な理由。）

なぜなら、門司が自分自身の故郷であり、

その故郷が深刻な問題を抱えているから、、、、

貢献できるかどうかなんて分からないけれど、

何もしないよりは良いに決まってる。

それが最初で最大の理由。

Watchin’ the ships roll in‬

So many ships go through Kanmon Straits.

It is fun just watching ships go by, forgetting time goes by.

「またまた船が、、、」

ほんとにたくさんの船が通り過ぎていきます。

時が経つのも忘れ、船が走っているのをただ見てるのも
悪くないもんです。

Straits View Rooms

Japanese Title (邦題)：「海峡ビュー・ルーム」末尾に

TOUKA stands with a little Lighthouse.

So we can see ocean/straits from all guest-rooms.

Kanmon Straits has one of the heaviest traffic in Japan.

So, we can watch ships go by, from the window of TOUKA, 365 days a year, anytime a day.

「海峡ビュー・ルーム」：

灯火はちいさな灯台の下に建っています。

なので、どのゲストルームからも海・海峡を望めます。（ダイニングからも）

関門海峡は日本でも有数の交通量をほこる海峡です。

なので、365日一日中いつでも海峡通る船を「灯火」から眺めることが出来ます。
