Japanese Title (邦題)： 「オリパラ鬱（うつ）！」末尾に
Oly-Para Depression!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
To tell the truth, I’ve been depressed a little for these weeks.
I have considered the reason why, and found out that this must be because of Olympic and Paralympic.
In general, we know that holding them now is not good for both country of Japan and Japanese people, and that we should not have them now. There are many other Japanese people feel same as myself. However, such opinions and feelings have been ignored and both events are forced to be carried out by the great authority. These helpless and frustrated feelings have created our depression over this country.
Is this happening only me? Or nationwide depression? I do wish that suicide won’t become more serious situation than COVID-19 infection after the Olympic and Paralympic games, as the reason of deaths in Japan.
I do really get depression, if I don’t have this scenery from here.
(We keep having wonderful strait view in this week and it have rescued my mental condition.)

オリパラ鬱（うつ）！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
実をいうと、ここ数週間、なんとなく気分が乗らず、少し落ち込み気味です。
なんでかなぁと真剣に考えてみたら、コレ、きっとオリンピックとパラリンピックのせいに違いありませんね。
総じて日本と日本人のために（世界のためにも）ならないので、やらなきゃ良い・やるべきでないと分かっているのに、そう思っている日本人もとても多いのに、そんな気持ちは無視されて、大きな力で説明も不十分なまま強行開催されていく、、、そんなやるせない思いがこの鬱々とした気分を作っているのだと分かりました。
こんな気分自分だけでしょうか？ 国民総鬱状態？ オリパラ後、自殺が感染死を上回らないことを祈ります。
ほんとに鬱になってしまいそうです、、、もし、この景色がなければ！
（今週はここからの海峡の景色がめちゃめちゃキレイで救われます。）
