When we arrange them in chronological order
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
Colorful boats are going back and force in this Kanmon strait.
There were two different TV news which happened in this strait lately.
Each news seems to be individual different happenings.
But when we arrange them in chronological order,
we can see the truth there.
* Safety inspection was applied to passenger boats which use Shimonoseki port.

* Fire in the engine room of small passenger boat. 45 people were rescued.

These two happened in same day. Former one happened about AM10:30, and latter one happened about PM1:50.
It means that fire accident happened in a few hours after safety inspection by the authorities at a same ship company.
What on earth is the safety standard we should refer to!
We had better to check evacuation route and gear, when we board on a vehicle, shop at a market and stay at an accommodation at least by ourselves,

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
色とりどりの船が行き交うここ関門海峡。
最近この海峡で起きた出来事を報じたニュースが二つ。
それぞれを別々に見ると、各々でニュースが成立しているように見えますが、この二つを時系列に並べてみると、
そこに真実が見えてきます。
・知床の観光船遭難事故受け 下関港発着の旅客船の緊急安全点検

・小型船の機関室から出火 乗客ら45人救助など無事確認 北九州

二つは同じ日の出来事。先のニュースはAM10時半の出来事で、次のニュースはPM1時50分のニュースです。
つまり、ある観光船運営会社に、当局が安全点検に入った直後に、その会社の船で火災事故が起きた、というわけです。いったい何を基準に私たちは安全を測ればいいのでしょう。
乗り物に乗る時、買い物をする時、宿に滞在する時、避難経路・方法は自らでも確認しておくよう常に心がけましょう。
