In between Autumn and Winter

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

I had a video call with my family members in Tokyo yesterday.

I could see rain in the monitor behind them. They said that it have been very cold in Tokyo and showed me oil fan heater was ON.

On the contrary, we had a fine autumn day here in Kanmon. Temperature was about 24 degrees C and I am feeling the most comfortable time of a year. (Because we have pollen in spring. smile)

We had clear blue sky in daytime and beautiful altocumulus clouds in the evening. As this guesthouse stands on a hight, sky is just as same hight as our eye level.

The topic of this beautiful clouds was mentioned in local TV news in Fukuoka. Weather forecaster explained that altocumulus cloud is made about 6,000m high by fast wind moving like waves. Usually on the day after this cloud, weather goes downhill, but he said that Tuesday, which is today, will be fine like Monday.

Yes, we want to enjoy Autumn a little more.

秋と冬の狭間で

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

東京にいる家族とビデオ通話しました。

画像の向こうの東京は雨模様の上に、ここ数日すごく寒いそうで、石油ファンヒーターが点いていました。

対して、ここ関門はとってもいい秋晴れで、気温も24℃ほど。 一年で一番過ごしやすいと感じています。（春には花粉がありますからね。笑）

昼間はスッキリ晴れて、日が傾いてくると、きれいな雲が浮かび上がりました。
高台に立つゲストハウスなので、雲が目に飛び込んできます。

この雲がきれいだったことが、福岡のニュースでも取り上げられていました。高度6,000ｍほどの高い空で強い風が波打ちながら流れることで出来るらしいです。
通常、この雲の翌日は天気が下り坂だそうですが、福岡は今日火曜日も秋晴れだと予報していました。

まだもう少し秋を満喫したいですね。
