Comfort as a result of small size

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Recent weather around Kanmon area is quite changeable, between rain and fine.

Such weather made our window dirty in a short period of time.

We believe that air around TOUKA is clear, because we locate far from industrial area and busy street, but air seems dirtier than we think. It may polluted by the small dust flew from the neighbor country.

In such situation, the size of TOUKA helps us a lot.

As shown in both the naming and trademark, TOUKA is a very little guesthouse.

It takes less than 30min for us to wipe and polish all guest room windows.

Because of its small size, we can keep clearness of window all the time. And it is very important for us, as clear view is one of the biggest sales point of TOUKA.

Fortunately, clear and wide view of outside makes guests to feel more relax, even in a little guesthouse.

ちいさいがゆえの快適

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ココ数週間の関門の気候は降ったり、止んだり、晴れたりと目まぐるしい状態です。

そんなお天気だと、降った雨の水滴の乾いた通りの模様に窓が汚れてしまいます。

工業エリアからも、主要道からも離れているため、キレイに違いないと思っている空気も、大陸にある隣国から飛んでくる微粒子などのせいで意外と汚れているようです。

そんな時に有り難いのが、ゲストハウスとしての「灯火」のサイズ。

そのネーミングにも、トレードマークにもある通り、「灯火」は本当にちいさい宿です。

宿のウリのひとつでもある眺望をキープするために、汚れた窓はすぐに吹き上げるのですが、ちいさい宿であるが故に、全ての窓を水拭き＋乾拭きして磨き上げても、30分かかりません。

おかげで常にゲストルームからのクリアな眺望がキープできます。

さらに幸運なことに、そとの景色がクリアにワイドに見渡せることで、建物の実際のサイズ以上にゲストさん達にはリラックスしていただいているようです。
