Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
On Monday, we had fine day with reasonable volume cloud.
It was so comfortable weather that we had lunch outdoor.
We decided to cook YAKINIKU (Korean BBQ) outdoor.
We grilled beaf short ribs, chicken wings and foil wrapped vegetable with Yuzo-Miso.
Outdoor cooking with sunshine, sea breeze and view of strait/ships made us feel excited.
We can make our guest to rent various grills (for Yakiniku – American BBQ).
(However BBQ time is in daytime only to control noise for our neighborhood. So we recommend this service to our guests who stay more than two nights.)

オーシャンビューで！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
週明けの関門エリアは適度に雲が広がる気持ち良い晴れ。
あんまり気持ちが良いので、外でランチ*することにしました。（*注：外食ってことではありません。笑）
で、せっかくだからと「焼き肉」にしました。
（ここではこのスタイルをＢＢＱとは呼びません。）
メニューは牛カルビに鶏ドラムスティック、それに野菜のホイル焼き ゆず味噌風味。
（このあたりは食品の物価が安く、材料費は500円程度で済ますことが出来ました。）
海風と日光にあたりながら、海峡を行き交う船を見ながらの野外調理、なんかウキウキします。
当宿ではこうしたヤキニクから本格的な米式ＢＢＱまで各種グリルを取り揃え、宿泊されるゲストにレンタルしています。
（但し、近所迷惑を避けるため昼間限定です。連泊以上されるゲストさんは是非！）
