Spacious and Comfortable!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
When I rode on train to go to Kokura, I found unusual scene in the train. One lady hold a coffee cup and was drinking it in the train. (That is a very common scene such a big town like Tokyo, but unusual in this town)
It was the cup of a global brand coffee shop which has just opened last weekend.
As I have been interested in the shop since they were preparing for grand open, I decided to visit there on the way back from Kokura (by skipping Komorie, the nearest station of TOUKA).
In conclusion, they made very fine shop there. Harmonizing with the historical station, the shop will assert itself moderately, not too strong, not too weak.
Specially I like the spacious layout. It has high ceiling and each seat has enough space in between. Those spaces create comfortable room. The spacious shop is not like two shops in Fukuoka (Oohori and Dazaifu) which has cramped and noisy atmosphere or several shops in Kokura which has restless atmosphere, specific to commercial town.
It may be because of not too many people in the coffee shop.

広々していて快適です！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
今週、小倉まで電車で行くのに、見慣れない光景を目にしました。
列車に乗っていた乗客の手にテイクアウトされた珈琲の紙カップ！
そう、先週末 町に初めて開店したグローバル・ブランドのコーヒーショップのカップです。
準備している時から気になっていたので、小倉からの帰り、最寄りの小森江をすっ飛ばして行ってきました。
結論から言えば、とてもいい感じです。歴史的価値のある駅構内にしっくり調和して、強すぎず 弱すぎず 程よく主張する店舗に仕上がっていました。
なかでもイイなと感じたのは空間の広がりです。天井が高くて、一席一席の間隔に余裕があり、とても快適な空間を実現しています。かつて話題になった福岡の二店舗（大濠・太宰府）のような手狭でガチャガチャした感じはなく、小倉にある数店舗のような商業エリア店舗に特有の落ち着きのない感じもありません。
そういう意味では、店内がめちゃ混みでないことが最高なのかもしれません。
宿にゲストのない日の午後などに、二三時間過ごしていたいと感じられる雰囲気です。
