Much nicer than I expected!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I went to the film festival with my old friend guest. A movie he helped to produce was shown at the festival.
The festival is much more international (films, movie makers and audiences) than most of ”something international events” held in Tokyo. And moreover, quality of each films surprised me a lot.
I am glad to know that such a fine event is being held in our home town and same time I wish more local people come to watch those good films. (I saw more people in all-you-can-eat restaurants near the event place.)
I heard that there will be film programs for kids on Sunday (kids are free free admission if they come with parent) and hope more family will come to the event. (I believe attending such event helps to make kids more internationalized than cheap English school.)

想定外に素敵！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
十年来の友人であるゲストが制作に携わったという作品が出品されている映画祭に、ゲストについて行ってきました。
東京で開催されている「なんとか国際イベント」よりもずっと国際的（作品も、関係者も、観客も）で、さらに出品作品それぞれのクオリティの高さに驚きました。
わが町でこんなイベントが開催されていることをうれしく思うと同時に、もっと地元の人が参加すればいいのになぁと素直に感じました。（人の入りはすぐそばにあるしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題や、焼き肉食べ放題のお店ほうが多かったです。）
今日、日曜日は子供向けのセレクションもあるようで、子供連れの参加者があるといいなと感じます。（その辺の怪しい英語の塾よりためになる気がします。）
それでは、国際的で、芸術的で、気付きの多い素敵な一日を！
