It is not that Bad!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Day 3 of Golden Week.

Weather was not bad but sometimes foggy and chilly.
It was because of a cold air mass above Japan.

I walked along alleys around this area in cool wind
and find out that:

Our lighthouse is surrounded by full of flowers in this season.

Those flowers are, of course, Azaleas.

Why of course? you are wondering, aren’t you?
It is because Azalea is the flower of “City of Kitakyushu”.

It is not that Bad not going abroad and
staying in Japan Kitakyushu, Kanmon,
surrounded by beautiful flowers,
and talking with people from foreign countries.

Thank you and you have a nice day, appreciating flowers nearby.

捨てたもんじゃない！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ゴールデンウィーク 三日目。

天気は悪くないのですが、時折霧のような雲が出たりして肌寒いです。
どうも寒気団が日本の上空にあるからだそうです。

そんな爽やかな風の中、野の花を摘みに近所の小路を散歩していて気付きました。
この時期「灯火」の灯台は色鮮やかな花に囲まれることを。

その花は、、、もちろんツツジです。

なぜ「もちろん」かって思ってます？
それはツツジが ここ北九州の市の花だからです。

ゴールデンウィークだからといって海外に出かけることもなく、
日本にそれも北九州、関門にいて、
花に囲まれて過ごすのも、まんざら捨てたもんじゃないかな。
海外からこの地を訪れた人たちと話したりしてね。
