Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
This week in called as “Stay Home Week” in Japan.
Actually “Stay Home Week” was announced by mayor of Tokyo for people in Tokyo. It was not announced in other areas but local people are following Tokyo method without permission.
Additionally the word “Week” is not right. Because government of Tokyo define that “Stay Home Week” is between Apr.25 and May 6. That period is more than a week. As other local government didn’t announce any type of week, local people are not sure they should stay home or not. (So many people enjoy PACHINKO in Pachinko parlor.)
Since COVID-19 was started its infection in Japan, there are so many fuzzy thing and unclear thing whether true or lie.
In supermarket, we can see many true or lie mixing very badly. As I reported March to beginning of April, surgical masks, toilet papers, instant noodles, rices and pastas were all running out. But latest situation is different for each item.
At first, I have never seen surgical masks since early march.
(Government announced in February that mask supply problem would be solved soon under their project “200 million musks per week supply” It seems to be their lie.)
Toilet papers and rices are refilled in a week.
(They seemed to be false rumors.)
Refilling condition of instant noodles depends on their makers. Bagged noodles has less stock than cupped noddles.
Pastas have weak refilling.
I haven’t seen Pancake mix and Flours lately.
According to the news, China and India seemed to control their exporting wheat and flour. So flour products will getting running out.
As described above, we spend hard time to distinguish true and false information in Japan now. From now on, Japanese need more skill to identify true of false.

今求められる力
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
日本では今「ステイホームウィーク」ということになっています。
ここで海外の方が誤解されてはよろしくないので、正確にいうと「ステイホームウィーク」は東京都のスローガンで都知事が唱えたものです。それを東京以外の地方でもならって唱えているものです。
さらにウィークということなので、どの一週間かというと、東京都は4/25〜5/6を指すそうで、実際はウィークよりちょっと長い期間を指すようで、それが正式に宣言していない他県ではどの期間のことを指すのか明確ではありません。(だからいまだにパチンコ屋が大盛況なのかもしれません。）
どうも新型コロナウイルスの感染が始まって以来、日本国内では「曖昧」「真偽がはっきりしないこと」が増えているようです。
スーパーマーケットをグルっと回ってみても真偽が混在しているようです。３月から４月初めにかけてココで記事にしたとおり、一時は棚に在庫がなくなったマスク、トイレットペーパー、インスタントヌードル、お米、パスタなどは、あれ以降はそれぞれ異なる状態を示しています。
まずはマスク、ここで報告して以来、棚にストックされたのを一度も見ていません。
（政府は当時「週一億枚供給態勢」で供給は大丈夫と言っていたけれどあれは偽りでしたね。）
トイレットペーパーやお米については報告後１週間で棚に在庫され、更に補充分が配送されているようです。
（偽りの噂だったということです。）
インスタントヌードルはメーカーにより補充の状況が異なるようです。どちらかというとカップ麺は補充されているようですが、袋入りの即席麺は欠品がちです。
パスタも補充が弱いです。
意外にも最近ながく欠品しているものとしてはホットケーキ・ミックスや小麦粉の類です。
おそらく中国やインドが小麦の輸出規制を始めるというニュースがあったので、粉ものはこれからさらに入手しづらくなることを表しているのかもしれません。
こんなかんじで真偽入り乱れた状態の日本です。自宅に巣篭もりするゴールデンウィークに突入し、これからさらに独自の真贋力が求められていると感じます。
