We are healed by the view from this place, even in the casual time we are waiting for our guest to check in.

金曜の日没後の空があまりにキレイだったので、また赤に戻りました。

ここからの眺めには、チェックインのゲストを待っている間の何気ない時間にも癒やされます。

北からの風に敏感です！/ Sensitive to the wind from north!

Sensitive to the wind from north!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Beaches in Kitakyushu are sensitive to the wind from north.

So is this guesthouse TOUKA.

We had young guests in the weekend who fly with Air Busan Daegu – Kitakyushu, which just start flying in this month.

Opening new flight route is good thing but international flights which depart/arrive Kitakyushu are extreme. In their case, they woke up 4am to come and 5am to go back.

We heard that what Korean tourists expect in trip to Kitakyushu is “Healing”. However it seems to be hard to get that “Healing”.

北からの風に敏感です！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

北九州のビーチは北からの風に敏感です。

ゲストハウス「灯火」も同様です。

就航したばかりの大邸ー北九州便を利用した若いゲストに早速この週末ご利用いただきました。

新路線は良いのですが、どうも北九州発着の国際線は運行時間の極端なのが多いです。彼らは来るのに４時起き、帰るのに５時起きだそうです。

韓国人観光客が北九州に求めるのは「癒やし」だそうですが、その「癒やし」を得るのも大変そうですね。

それでは、苦あれば癒やしあり、どうぞ素敵な一日を！

On Wednesday, we have full of warm sunshine and temperature went up to almost 15 degree C.

Under the warm sunlight, we opened all windows of this guesthouse, exchanged room air, cleaning guest rooms, dried Futon mat in the sunshine and …

Enjoyed Relax Time!

We tried to use new gear, which we got at Fukuoka city, in the garden.
The impression of the trial was much more comfortable than we expected.

We want our guests to try this on fine day.

陽気に誘われて！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

水曜日の関門エリアはポカポカ陽気。気温は１５℃程まで上昇しました。

そんな陽気の中、ゲストハウスの窓を全て開放してお掃除。
空気を入れ替え、室内をきれいにし、布団を干した後は、、、

リラックスタイム！

ゲストにくつろいでもらおうと博多で仕入れてきた新兵器を試してみました。
実際に使ってみた感想は想像以上の心地よさです。
