Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I mentioned it a little in the previous article.
The day before yesterday was summer solstice and international day of yoga at same time.
TV news told about yoga event in India and reported that prime minister of India was practicing yoga at the event.

The face of the prime minister who is familiar with yoga made me feel nostalgic.
Because, I have met with him several years ago and
he saw my doing yoga with my team mates and applauded us.
These pictures were selected from TV news broadcasted in India that time.
Yoga is still the main stream of my life and Kanmon strait is like the Ganga for myself.
Because we can feel the wind, current of sea water and nature, this place is the perfect fit for tuning body and soul.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
先の記事でちょっとだけ話題にしましたが、、、
一昨日は夏至の日であり、同時に国際ヨガデーでもありました。
ニュースではインドでのイベントの様子が取り上げられていて、首相自らがヨガを実践されている姿が報じられていました。

ヨガに明るい首相の表情に懐かしさを覚えました。
というのも、インドのモディ首相とは以前にお会いしたことがあって、
その時、自分がヨガに取り組む姿を見てもらい、称賛いただいたことがあるからです。
（*画像は当時、その様子がインドでテレビ放映されたもの。首相が見た最初の日本ヨガ男子かも？）
ヨガは今でも自分の中を脈々と流れていて、川にしか見えない関門海峡はまるで自分にとってのガンガーです。
風や海流など自然を体感できるこの地は、身体や心を整えるのに最適な場所です。
