It is a good news for the people who start business here.
In this town, freelance workers don’t need to contract rental office to get comfortable work space.
It is because even the world most famous fast food shop provide us comfortable work space.
(There is a short time (11:30〜14:00) when there is a small people making line in front of its counter. Most people use drive-thru.)
Free Wifi has been adopted this year and it got much more comfortable.
On the contrary, people make line, longer than 30m, in same franchise shop in famous port town near Tokyo. Of course, all tables taken by someone and no place to eat.

P.S. In this town, there is no nation-wide famous cafe restaurant in this town, such as Starbucks, Excelsior, Tully’s or even Doutor.

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
ありがたい話です。
この町（区）では、フリーの仕事をする人にはレンタルオフィス契約の必要はなさそうです。
かの世界のフランチャイズですら、落ち着いたオフィススペースとして利用できるからです。
（正確に言うと週末の11:30〜14:00だけは多少レジが混む程度、それでも座れないということはありません。利用者はほぼほぼドライブスルー利用だからです。）
今年になって、こういうのも導入されたし、とても快適です。
同じフランチャイズでも、首都圏にある港街の店舗では、、、
座るところがない上に、レジ前の行列は30ｍを超える凄まじさです。

P.S.大事なことを忘れていました。わが町には全国チェーンのカフェが一店舗もありません。ス◯バはもちろん、エク◯ルシ◯ールも、ド◯ールすら無い「落ち着いた」町です。
