The most loving people!
Good morning to the World and Kanmon!
I got one big finding on Sunday.
I have never known that there is the people who really love this town. For 2.5hours, from 15:03 to 17:30, they kept shouting the name of this town continuously by belting out from the stomach.
Yes, they shout together “Kitakyushu, Kitakyushu, Kitakyushu” again, again and again.
We might listen the name more than hundreds time.
For them who really love this town, this city of Kitakyushu must become stronger and better as well as the soccer team.
To achieve the goal, we need strong leadership like the soccer team. The leadership which study ourselves, understand ourselves, create our own strategy not by copying somebody’s idea and execute it smartly without giving up. Such leadership, keeping awareness all the time, is needed not only to the top leader but also to all staffs.

一番愛している人たち！
世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。
日曜日、大きな発見がありました。
これほどこの街のことを愛している人たちが、地元の街にいることを知りませんでした。15:03から17:30までの二時間半、彼らは腹の底から、何度も何度もこの街の名前を叫び続けていました。
そう、「北九州、北九州、北九州」と、、、
おそらく数百回は聞いたに違いありません。
そんな地元愛に溢れる彼らのためにも、サッカーだけでなく、我々が住むこの街・この地元がより強く、より良くなることを心から願います。
そのためにはこのサッカーチームがそうであったように、自らをよく学び、よく理解し、人まねでない自分たちに最も適した独自の作戦を、スマートにかつ諦めることなく展開する優れたリーダーシップが必要です。トップはもちろん、スタッフ一人ひとりに常に問題意識を忘れないリーダーシップが必要です。
