In this week, we had a guest whom we have long waited for.

With a big luggage, white board and scotch book in his hand,

the guest told us his plan about his travel of next three months.

So we do wish the guest a safe trip to next stop at first,

successful visit to the power spot in Sanin area where was added in sudden after the conversation in this dining room and

encountering wonderful meeting and relationship after that.

Sparkling changed to glaring

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Since the declaration of the beginning of the rainy season, we have had fewer rain falls here in Kanmon area.

(Though it is favorable for our guests to enjoy sightseeing)

On Monday, temperature went up over 30 degree C (86 degree F) already before noon.

Sparkling and comfortable reflection from the strait surface is now changed to glaring together with humidity.

Ah, we are already in Summer!

We have to shift ourselves into summer mode. At the same time, we will alert our guest about heat stroke.

I drank such cool and tasty one after a long time.

The water I brought with me ran out after climbing the peak and I walk down without water for an hour.

It was the taste which permeates into every cell of my whole body.

Taste of pure and great nature that was gathered by this terrain.

That was the moment that I recognized most fundamental Taste of Japan, we should proud of.

ザ・にっぽんの味

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。 おはようございます。

久しぶりにつめたくておいしいのをいただきました。

持参した水は登頂直後に尽きたので、１時間ほど切らした状態で補給することになり、

身体の細胞一つ一つにまで沁み入る旨さでした。

この大地があつめた自然でピュアな旨さ。

これこそが誇るべき「にっぽんの味」だととあらためて実感した瞬間です。
