Beautiful orange sky!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

Thursday evening, sky above strait was painted to beautiful dark orange.

Today, it will be fine clearly, we bet.

The sky we saw in TV news was same orange sky but it was colored by bombing. We feel worry and sympathy to the people who are frightened under the sky.

I can’t help but think how foolish human beings are.

For now, I decided to fill the gas and pray for peace in the east Europe.

朱に染まる空！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

木曜日、海峡の空は赤くきれいに染まりました。

きっとは今日金曜日はこれから晴れ渡るんでしょう。

同じように朱に染まる空でも、ニュース報道では空爆の炎で赤く染まった空。その下で怯える人たちが今いることを考えると心配すると同時に恐怖を感じます。

人間はやっぱり愚かなんだと考えざるを得ません。

とりあえずは油を補充して、戦火が広がらないことを祈ります。

北風と太陽 / The North Wind and the Sun

The North Wind and the Sun

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

In these days, we have cold days here in Kanmon. But we got a little warm when we got sunshine. It depends on the day and we have keep wondering for choosing right cloths.

(Cold weather is not only in this area but also whole Japan.)

When we see such climate from here, we remember a fable “The North Wind and the Sun” which I read long time ago.

On Wednesday, north wind got power by getting support from gray clouds.

The time sun will get power little by little seems to be a little way off.

P.S. This is also like present international situation. Are there anybody who take role of the sun?

北風と太陽

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

ここのところ関門エリアは寒い日が続いています。それでも日がさしている間は暖かかったりして着るものの選択に困る毎日です。

（今年異常に寒いのはここだけでなく日本全体のようです。）

そんな様子をここから見ていると、さながら昔読んだ童話「北風と太陽」のようです。

水曜日は、雲という強力な味方につけた北風がその勢力を増していました。

日を重ねるごとに太陽が力をつけるようになるのはもう少し先かもしれません。

それでは、冷たい北風に吹き飛ばされないように素敵な一日を！

P.S. なんとなく今の国際情勢に似ているようにも見えますが、、、誰か太陽の役回りをする人はいないのかな？

No matter the semi-emergency coronavirus measures are lifted or extended, traffic between two area is very active here.

By the way, what happened with the discussion about border virus control in U.S. military bases in Japan?

Two epicenters of the sixth wave of pandemic in Japan were Okinawa and Yamaguchi (Iwakuni), and both of them are in lifted groups now. Most of people, specially government, don’t want to talk about the essential discussion.

As a host of guesthouse, I personal concern about this more than Ukraine situation.  Similar case will be happen in future.

I personally prefer to listen their military radio when I drive through east of Yamaguchi. But I don’t need virus definitely.

なかったことにする？！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。

まん延防止等重点措置の解除・延長に関わらず、ここでは両地域間の行き来はとても活発ですが、、、

そういえば、米軍基地での水際対策についての議論って、いったいどうなったんでしょうね？

第六波の二つの震源地は両県ともに解除となってしまいましたが、この議論についてはみんな、特に政府は口にしたがりませんね。

個人的には、ウクライナ情勢より関心があります。きっとまた同じことが繰り返されますよ。
