The Best in this town!

Good morning to the World and Kanmon!

It seems like we are going into Golden Week in emergency situation.

Actually, in this time of year we have most tourists from everywhere, but it is not because of the Golden Week.

The true reason is these (photos). Not Japanese but foreign media introduced this place and it is a world class photo spot now.

(Honestly, this garden exited when I was born, but I haven’t known this before I came back to open this guesthouse.)

Some of our guests, who have been here for the last one year, want to come back here again but unfortunately coronavirus doesn’t let them do so. I feel sorry not for our sales but for them who cannot experience this place this year.

Because of the emergency declaration, this garden is also closing this season. It is only this period in a whole year, so we feel sorry for the people of this garden who have maintained for a year to show the flowers to their guests. We do expect them to show their wonderful flowers next year.

Then, we will share the very best moment of the place in last three years virtually with you.

(Why best? It is because our guests had kept us informed latest flower condition for about 3 weeks.)

この街イチバン！

世界中に朝が、そして関門にもあさが来ました。
おはようございます。

緊急事態宣言のまま、ゴールデンウィークが始まってしまいますね。

実はこの街はこの時期に一番観光客が増えるんです。でもゴールデンウィークだからだけではありません。

その理由がこちら（画像）。日本ではなく外国メディアに注目されて、いまやワールドクラスのフォトスポットです。

（自分が子供のころからあったそうですが、正直その存在すら知りませんでした。初めて訪れたのも当宿を開業した後です。）

これまで一年間、当宿を訪れたゲストさん達が、ここを一度見ようとリピート利用してくれるはずだったのに残念です。
売上という点で残念なのではなくて、見せてあげられないことがとても残念です。

緊急事態宣言を受け、こちらの施設も閉園しているそうです。一年を通してこの時期メインの営業なので大変だと思います。
是非来年、また見事な花を見せていただきたいです。
